Building Your Dream Home Doesn't Have to Be Overwhelming
Are you planning to build a new home?
Thinking about renovating your current home?
Wondering where to begin or what permits you'll need?
At Haybales Homes, we understand that starting a construction project can feel overwhelming. That's why we've developed our simple three-step process to guide you from the first idea to the day you receive your keys. We work alongside you every step of the way, helping turn your vision into reality.

Seed
Every dream begins with a seed. This is the planning stage, where we take the time to understand your vision and develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. Whether you're building a new home or renovating an existing one, we'll help lay the foundation for a successful project.
During the Seed stage, we:
• Design functional floor plans that fit your family's needs.
• Help determine the best location for your new home.
• Assist with purchasing vacant land, if needed.
• Guide you through the septic permit and building permit process.
• Coordinate the early planning needed to move your project forward.
We take your ideas and nurture that small seed into the beginning of your dream home.
Growing
This is where your dream starts taking shape. Construction begins as we prepare your property by clearing the land for a new build or completing demolition for a renovation. Haybales Homes works alongside our general contractor to help keep your project organized, on schedule, and moving in the right direction.
During the Growing stage, we:
• Monitor project progress with regular site visits.
• Provide walkthrough videos and project updates.
• Meet with you throughout the construction process.
• Help you select interior and exterior finishes, fixtures, colors, and design details.
• Ensure your vision stays at the center of every decision.
With every milestone, your dream home continues to grow into the home you've always imagined.

Harvest
The harvest is the reward for all the planning and hard work. As construction comes to an end, we help ensure every detail has been completed before you move in. Together with our general contractor, we'll perform the final walkthrough and address any finishing touches.
During the Harvest stage, we:
• Complete the final walkthrough with you and your contractor.
• Review the finished project and final details.
• Ensure your home is move-in ready.
• Celebrate the completion of your new home or renovation.
The final result is more than just a completed project—it's the home you've dreamed of. The keys are in your hands, and it's time to enjoy the next chapter in your new home.
